What is Super Nuke Bros.?
Super Nuke Bros. Melee is a 2D fighting game, where many familiar faces of gaming will go toe to toe for victory. It's a frantic fight for up to 4 players!
A heated battle commences!
Here, you don't have to worry about health bars or anything like that - instead, you get a damage percentage shown at the bottom of the screen. If it's on a low percentage you won't be knocked away so easily, but at higher rates you'll be bashed around like pinballs! It's quite exhilarating.
With a higher damage percentage, you fly further.
Your goal is to blast your opponents away, and if they hit a side of the screen they'll lose a life. Be extra cautious when running around with a high damage percentage!
That was a clean KO.
When designing the game, we decided to tone down the complexity of movement - in Super Nuke Bros. Melee you'll have to live without dash attacks, directional aerials and smashes and tilts.
We're convinced that this will encourage players to use the Special Moves of their character, which have been programmed for racking up combos and easy use.
I'll post an update on the controls and movesets of the characters in the near future.
